A full deposit is required to confirm your demo booking.
The deposit amount is equivalent to the full retail price of the selected racket.
The deposit will be held during the demo period and refunded after return, subject to applicable demo fees and any additional charges.
If the racket is not returned on time, additional daily charges will apply.
Extended delays may result in higher penalty fees, depending on the duration of the delay.
• 4–10 days overdue: RM50 per day will be charged
• More than 10 days overdue: the full deposit will be deducted
Each demo is limited to a maximum of 3 days.
The demo period begins from the pickup date and ends on the agreed return date.
Please ensure the racket is returned within the agreed timeframe to avoid additional charges.
A daily demo fee will be applied for each day the racket is in use.
This fee will be automatically deducted from your deposit after the racket is returned.
• The racket must be picked up at the selected location and time slot
• The same racket must be returned to the designated location
• Returns are subject to a condition inspection upon handover
• Customers must present a valid ID (NRIC/Passport) and order confirmation (screenshot) at pickup
• If the racket is not picked up on the selected date, the booking will be automatically cancelled and forfeited
You are responsible for the racket during the demo period.
• Severe or structural damage will result in full deposit deduction
• Loss of the racket will result in full deposit deduction
• Minor wear and tear (e.g. light marks) will not affect your refund
Damage assessment will be conducted upon return inspection.
After the racket is returned and inspected:
• Your deposit will be refunded after deducting demo fees
• Additional charges (if any) will also be deducted
• Refund processing will be completed within 3 working days after inspection
Each customer may demo up to 3 rackets per booking, subject to availability.
